Well, we are now more than 2 weeks from the order date.
Have e-mailed for days with customer service. They are “GOING” to do this or they “WILL” do that – at some unknown time in the future. No phone number works so you can’t talk with anyone. Still not shipped even though the shipping label was created 2 weeks ago today. No product, but they sure took our money in a flash. Previous review – Might be able to give a better review if we could only RECEIVE the product. On order for almost 2 weeks and nothing.

I would give a negative if that option were available. Product ordered the last of DECEMBER, label supposedly printed on January 1st. Post Office still doesn’t have the order. No phone number works, customer service apologizes profusely but can’t seem to get anything done. It is now the 20th of January and nothing is happening. What a miserable, unreliable, sorry company. Don’t waste your time with them.
